What is my coupon good for?
The purchased deal is good for 2 or 10 drop-in admissions to the FireZone-Schaumburg.
Do I need to use all my admissions at one time?
No. You will get a coupon for any admissions not used in a single visit. You must use all your admissions within 1 year.
What is Drop-In?
Drop-In events are the FireZone's playtimes, when kids can play and explore.
How long is a Drop-In activity?
Drop-In activities consist of one hour play sessions.
Can we come play anytime? When is Drop-In?
Drop-In activities are not held everyday. Drop-In activity dates and times change each week. Upcoming activities are listed at www.firezonefun.com/Drop_In_Activities
Is there a cost for adults?
Adults and children under 2yo are FREE. However, during "Breakfast at the FireZone" there is a $3 fee for adults.
Can I reserve a special playtime?
Yes. Groups of 10 or more can reserve a private playgroup. Please call the FireZone at 847-824-3473 for reservations.
